Returns

At MSGH LLC, customer satisfaction is our priority. Returns are accepted on a case-by-case basis for incorrect, defective, or damaged items.

To qualify for a return:

  • Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, unopened, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
  • A valid proof of purchase or order number is required.

For returns not caused by MSGH LLC:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • A 15% restocking fee may apply.

If the return is due to our error (wrong, damaged, or defective item):

  • Return shipping will be provided at no cost.
  • No restocking fee will apply.

Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.

Order Cancellations

Orders canceled within 24 hours of purchase can be canceled at no charge.

Orders canceled after 24 hours may be subject to a $20 administrative fee.

If an order has already shipped, the customer is also responsible for return shipping charges.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include:

  • Order Number
  • Photos of the item and packaging
  • Description of the issue

We will work quickly to replace the item or provide an appropriate resolution.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Opened or used products
  • Items not in their original packaging
  • Products damaged by misuse
  • Special order items
  • Clearance or final sale items
  • Hazardous materials or flammable products
  • Gift cards
