Shipping Areas

MSGH LLC currently ships to customers within the continental United States.

Some oversized or hazardous products are available for Local Delivery only and are not eligible for standard shipping.

Free Shipping

FREE standard shipping on most orders over $100.
Orders under $100 will have shipping charges calculated at checkout.

Some products are excluded from free shipping due to size, weight, or shipping regulations.

Local Delivery Only

The following products are available for Local Delivery only within 20 miles of our Indianapolis location:

Thinners
Reducers
Body Fillers
Jacks & Heavy Equipment
Other oversized or hazardous items

Local Delivery

FREE local delivery on Local Delivery items when your order is over $100.
Orders under $100 may be subject to a local delivery fee.
These items cannot be shipped by UPS, USPS, or FedEx.

Local Pickup

Local Pickup is available at our Indianapolis warehouse during business hours.

You will receive an email when your order is ready for pickup.

Order Processing

Most in-stock orders are processed within 1-2 business days.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Tracking Information

For shipped orders, tracking information will be emailed once your order has been dispatched.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If your order arrives damaged or is missing items, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the package and product.
